Favorite easy Fruitcake

My friend in New Zealand sent me this recipe years ago and we make this easy fruit cake each December in preparation for Christmas. Need very few ingredients and is the right amount for a small family to use in a few days during the Holiday season

1 container of candied fruit for fruitcakes
1 to 2 cups of orange or pineapple juice (best)
2 cups self rising flour
Soak fruit overnight in juice. Preheat hte oven to 325ยบ F. Stir flour into fruit and juice and back the cake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Serves 6-8 people
